The powerful homogeniser Precellys 24-Dual as well as his smaller brother the MINILYS benchtop homogeniser enable for a fast and effective disruption of a wide variety of biological samples. Both systems are adapted for using 0.5 ml, 2.0 ml and 7.0 ml screw-cap tubes including lysis beads guaranteeing cross-contamination free results and security.

Especially the wide-necked 7 ml tubes are helpful if bulky samples or bigger amounts of tissues (e.g. whole mouse organs) should get homogenised. However, because of their special shape being optimised for bead beating, they did not fit easily in existing tube racks or centrifuges.

Therefore, we are now glad to announce the availability of the following useful accessories:
